Spiritual Retreat Founder, Crystal Master
As the founder of the Spiritual Retreat, Athena created a team of experts in all aspects of spiritual and energy healing to curate a personal growth experience for all attendees. Athena's intention for this spiritual retreat is for her clients to experience a journey for a new path in life by coming together as one, to spread light and positivity upon each other, and to work with the team to help you find true happiness within yourself.
For this debut retreat, Athena has created a leadership team of healsers consisting of a shaman, an energy healer, a sound healer/therapist, and with Athena herself serving as the crystal healer.
Practiced since ancient times, crystal healing is an alternative medical technique in which crystals and other stones are used to cure ailments and protect against blockages. Those experienced in this technique believe that crystals act as conduits for healing — allowing positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative energy flows out. Athena has the ability to connect with crystals and examine their energies for proper use and healing.

The Spiritual Retreat's resident energy healer Ivanna has over 20 years of experience with energy healing and is loved by many for her soothing and uplifting nature. A great match for empaths who need help navigating boundary challenges and a firm believer that all healing is self-healing, Ivanna's intuitive healing sessions can guide you in discovering your inner purpose, cultivating self-awareness, and sometimes uncovering psychic gifts you didn’t know you had.
Ivanna works with the energy of your body/mind intelligence to heal what it has not been healing. Taking it a step further, she looks at what may be blocking or hindering your body from healing itself, and facilitates the removal of those blocks. Once those are removed, she assists in facilitating your body to heal itself. Most of us may have the understanding that treating an illness consists of treating the physical condition and the symptoms, but Ivanna and the healers at the Spiritual Retreat will help you treat the underlying cause of the symptoms, allowing for your body to continue to heal itself and find your inner purpose.

Robbie is a shamanic healer who focuses on finding the root causes of spiritual distress and bringing you back into balance. During the sessions, Robbie will play a drum to shift his consciousness out of ordinary physical reality and into the spiritual realm. Prepare for. a soothing, yet mind opening experience as he allows you to tap into your truth, your power, and your potential.

Sound Healer, Mental Health Therapist
Sage Whitlock a sound alchemist, breathwork practitioner and mental health therapist. She immersed herself in the world of sacred sound in 2007 and offers private sessions, or Soundwave Journeys, using her crystal healing bowls, as well as group sound healing sessions.
Sage also incorporates sound healing in the Shamanic Breathwork sessions that she facilitates. She offers guidance along the journey of awakening through sound, breath, meditation and creativity. She is dedicated to divine healing through the arts. Inspired by divine love, she is deeply grateful. She focuses on yoga sessions, crystal bowl healing, and mental health therapy sessions. As a mental health therapist, she also specializes in depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, self love issues, or sobriety, and helps by focusing on true healing and self love to find your inner purpose
SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
A great way to unwind & relax your mind body&spirit
SOUND BATHÂ BY THE WATER
you will attend a Sound Bath on a private beach and immerse yourself in the relaxing and recalibrating frequencies of sound.
Day one is a full day of lecture and hands-on and complete relaxation. You will learn how to play crystal bowls, drums, , and more. At the end of day one, students will each give a sound bath to the class.
Day two is dedicated to working with clients one-on-one. You will work in pairs practicing with each of the instruments.
The class is limited to 8 participants. There will be a break for lunch each day.
SPIRITUAL BODY PAINTINGS CONNECTING BY THE SPIRITUAL TOUCH THROUGH THE MIND BODY AND SPIRIT
A session when the whole group comes together and has each person in the circle has their own moment to express how they truly feel emotionally physically and spiritually
